You can download the latest version. After downloading the ZIP file, unzip it in an empty folder of your PC and run SETUP.EXE.

Note: This version will run only in Windows environment.

I decided to provide the source code for those who want to complete it. Please note that I wrote this code years ago (around 1997-1998) and I do not remember how it work. SO do not expect any help from me. I would expect my name to be mentioned in the final product though.
