Frequently Asked Questions

1) I'm in Tehran but Mazar Exchange dials "021" before the DCI number.

You have incorrectly set your area code.
Go to Settings/Properties window of Mazar Exchange. In "Modem" tab click on "Settings" button bellow the "Location" drop-down. Standard "Locations" window appears. Change your Are Code to "21".

2) How can I send a single mail to multiple recipients?

You can do it in two ways:
A- You can enter multiple e-mail addresses in "To:" or "Cc:" boxes, separated by comma.
B- You can create a folder in your mailbox and put the addresses in it. Then when composing your e-mail, click on "To:" button and select the folder in your address book. To select a folder, you must choose "Select and Exit" from "Folders" menu of your Address book.

Note: due to DCI limitations, you can not send an e-mail to more than 6 recipients.

3) How can I upgrade my Mazar Exchange?

Time by time, take a look at my web site to see if there is a new updated version of Mazar Exchange available for download.
First read download and update instructions. Then download the zip file containing the main EXE file of program. Copy this EXE to your Mazar Exchange folder.

Note: Don't forget to make backup of your old files.
